Jane is delighted to be participating in this year's Fertile Ground! A member of Portland's wonderful theatre community since 1980, Jane has performed in numerous theatres these past many years: Profile Theatre, Artists Repertory Theatre, Shaking The Tree, Theatre Vertigo, Northwest Classical, Defunkt Theatre, and more. A Drammy Award Winner (Best Actress), Jane has also performed and directed in Bay Area theatres, including TheatreWorks, City Lights Theatre Company, and Palo Alto Players. Jane is a guest faculty member at the Haven Institute in British Columbia, where she leads personal-development workshops using principles of actor training to deepen self-knowledge and spark creative energy.
