Garland is absolutely thrilled to be a part of the Portland premier of Rogues. He has lived and performed up and down the West Coast including stops in Seattle, Los Angeles and now Portland, where he has been living since 2001. He is a former Theatre Vertigo company member where he earned a Drammy in 2009 for his role as The Judge in Mamet's "Romance". He also performed in "The Snowstorm" at CoHo, which won the Drammy for Best Production in 2015.
